Our client is an award-winning estate management organisation providing Construction and TFM support across a diverse portfolio of MOD assets in Wiltshire and Hampshire.
Located in Tidworth, Wiltshire, you will be responsible for creating scopes of work packages for a range of commercial build projects. You will oversee contractors and witness the testing and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other systems for Lifecycle/Change Projects.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems. Understanding and application of Building Regulations. CDM 2015 understanding. Provides Surveying capabilities to support change and the Lifecycle plan. Experience in undertaking the pricing of Scope of Works to support Change, Lifecycle planning, and the Asset Management Plan. Review of contractors' quotes, tender returns, and work estimates to substantiate or challenge value for money. Energy Management - Environmental impact and carbon footprint.
