Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager
Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager (M&E) needed on a permanent basis in St Johns Wood, London.
Duties
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with the project team.
Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure workmanship and installations meet client expectations.
Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the mechanical installation and provide technical assistance to electricians on site as needed.
The successful Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager will have the following
Extensive experience as an M&E project manager.
Electrical qualifications.
Mechanical qualifications.
Ability to be based on site while projects are in process.
Commutable distance from London.
Salary : £65,000 - £70,000
Start date : February 2025
Length : Permanent
