M&E Quantity Surveyor Salary:

£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits Our client is a leading specialist in the M&E sector, renowned for delivering top-quality mechanical and electrical engineering solutions across a wide range of industries. They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing company. About The Role: Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for M&E projects. Oversee risk, value management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Manage contracts, financials, and negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on project progress. Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to client requirements through collaboration with project teams. Support post-tender activities, including contract negotiation and value engineering. Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years' experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and associated costs. Experience managing contracts, including NEC and JCT agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and cost management software.
