MEP Quantity Surveyor
Tier 1 Main Contractor (Major Shell & Core Division)
Salary:
Circa £95k - £105k plus benefits

Central London
We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with either an electrical or mechanical bias to oversee major shell & core projects on behalf of a leading UK MEP company in their major projects division. Projects valued up to £100m MEP.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage mechanical & electrical elements on a high-profile commercial project. Ensure accurate cost management, valuation, and forecasting for all assigned MEP packages. Collaborate effectively with the Commercial Manager and project team to align project goals. Provide detailed financial reporting and support for project cost control.
Requirements: Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP projects, preferably with a focus on Shell & Core. Proven expertise on large-scale, complex builds within the commercial refurb and new build. Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
