We are seeking

two experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors

to join the team. These individuals will play a key role in the commercial management of projects ranging from

£300k to £20m , ensuring that financial objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Experience in

Building Energy Management Systems (BMS)

and a strong understanding of

JCT

and

NEC contracts

is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for M&E projects. Evaluate and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with JCT and NEC forms of contract. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises to maximize project profitability. Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts, including payments, variations, and final accounts. Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts. Monitor project cash flow and ensure timely billing and collection of payments. Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide financial updates and support. Conduct risk analysis and maintain accurate records of financial performance. Provide contractual advice and resolve commercial disputes efficiently. Support the development of junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the commercial team. Key Requirements

Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the building services sector. Knowledge of Building Energy Management Systems (BMS) is advantageous. Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contract forms. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £300k to £20m. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of commercial acumen and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost management and estimation. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. What We Offer
