About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team on a major commercial project.
About the Role:
Oversee and manage the installation and commissioning of M&E services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) on-site.
Ensure all M&E works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Monitor site progress and ensure the project adheres to budget, schedule, and safety standards.
Provide regular updates on project status, identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise during construction.
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure that all documentation is maintained and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager in commercial construction projects.
Background in delivering M&E works within Schools or Healthcare projects is essential.
Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, installations, and commissioning.
Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and site safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
