M&E Site Supervisor - On the Tools
Location: Near Fenchurch Street Station Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Holiday: 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with 1 additional day per year Call-out: Optional Travel: Travel card or vehicle provided Overtime: 1.5x and 2.0x hourly rate for overtime (weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays) Travel Expectations: 45-minute travel window before and after working hours, additional travel time beyond this will be paid as overtime
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to work on a site near Fenchurch Street station. This hands-on role involves supervising on-site M&E activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the site. You will be working directly under the Contract Manager and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and handling audits, paperwork, and other related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise M&E works on-site Deal with clients, subcontractors, and manage project audits and documentation Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to Manage daily on-site operations efficiently Optional call-out duty Assist with paperwork and reports as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an M&E Site Supervisor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively Good knowledge of M&E systems and processes A proactive and hands-on approach to site supervision
