M&E Technical Coordinator - Client Side
I am currently on the lookout for an M&E Technical Coordinator to join a London-based, family-run developer (Client Side) with a turnover of £400 million.
They are looking for an M&E Technical Coordinator to have previous experience working for a Building Services Design Consultancy as a Mechanical Design Engineer and have experience/knowledge of LTHW Heat Networks, Ventilation Systems, and BCW. This is a Technical position, so having that experience is essential.
Duties for this position will include:
Managing M&E consultants Reviewing M&E designs Attending sites when required Providing technical reports and compiling M&E tender documents Engaging with manufacturers on M&E systems
The ideal person will have: 4+ years experience in building services design (Mechanical bias) Able to work under pressure and on multiple projects Able to use/have knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Strong communication skills, confident in report writing and engaging in meetings
On offer is a base salary up to £60K + £4,500 car allowance, 10% bonus, healthcare, pension, and 25 days holiday.
