M&E/Building Services Engineer

An inside IR35 opportunity exists for an Electrical Engineer with building services experience to assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of new and existing services/utilities/CCTV/lighting/ plumbing/air conditioning/HVAC on the refurbishment and extension of an iconic train station. Duties will include Identifying and meet with all the various existing service providers Coordination of all subcontractors Design reviews and recommendations Close interaction with stakeholders Planning and programming of the works Ensuring RAMS, ITPs, QC, costing and cost reports are updated. Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Ensuring all the works are recorded and the as-builts are completed. Ensure and implement H&S Requirements for this opportunity include Preferably an electrical/mechanical tertiary qualification Professional certifications in project management, building services, or related areas would be advantageous. Extensive experience and knowledge of building services/HVAC Experience in the overseeing complex installations whilst coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to strict project timelines. Familiar with relevant codes, standards and regulations governing building services.
