£45,000 per annum (plus £8,000 additional for shift cover) Location:

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Mechanic Day Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and refrigeration systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing critical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on CRAC units, CRY units, chillers, and refrigeration systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Provide additional shift cover for up to 20 days per year, earning an extra £8,000. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Requirements:
F-Gas certification (essential). Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience working with CRAC units, CRY units, chillers, and refrigeration systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
