Strong Recruitment Group are looking on behalf of their client for a Site Supervisor with experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or a combination of these backgrounds in the Sheffield and surrounding areas on a permanent basis.

Main duties include leading site surveys, managing installation teams, and ensuring projects meet performance, safety, and budget goals. This role involves delivering projects for general ventilation and LEV systems, with opportunities to expand into Water Treatment and Environmental Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities: Manage site-based projects, ensuring QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) KPIs are met. Manage the operational aspect of the project from technical site survey through to installation, testing, and commissioning, delivering project performance and monitoring achievement of QCDPs. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the installation team (both in-house and subcontracted). Risk & Safety: Identify and resolve site risks, maintaining high health and safety standards. Budget & Performance: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Stakeholder Engagement: Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications & Skills: Must be able to pass a security clearance provided in-house. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical, and at least 2 years in Site Management or Project Management. Certifications: CSCS/ECS card, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical, Health & Safety certification (IOSH/SSSTS/SMSTS). Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC/LEV systems and project management. IT Literate. Core Competencies: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Full UK Driving License. Ability to manage projects independently and lead teams effectively. Flexible with travel (UK-based, some overnight stays). QCDP: Quality, Cost, Delivery, People. Additional Notes: Overtime may be required, as well as regular overnight stays and occasional weekend work. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The role will involve extensive UK travel by road. A company van will be provided along with fuel cards. The annual salary on offer ranges from £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
