Mechanical /Electrical Assembly Operative
with a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in repair and fault finding. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to join a dynamic and supportive team in Swadlincote. Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical/electrical components accurately and efficiently. Identify and troubleshoot faults Follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly/recondition process. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. Requirements: Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
