Mechanical Construction Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering the Mechanical division of a prestigious residential project in Central London. This position offers the chance to work with a dynamic and professional team, ensuring every aspect of the project meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the Mechanical division of the residential project from start to finish. Lead the on-site construction team and liaise with Sub-contractors to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and client-specific requirements. Conduct Quality Assurance inspections and oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Report progress to senior management and resolve Mechanical issues promptly. Implement and monitor Mechanical Safe Systems of Work and drive quality standards.

What We re Looking For:

Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or above). SMSTS certification and at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Manager. Proven experience working on residential projects. Strong understanding of design principles, building services, and commissioning. Exceptional leadership, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office). Up-to-date First Aid qualification and expertise in Health and Safety regulations.
