Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage the mechanical contract from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met. Budget Control: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical subcontractors and in-house teams. Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Health & Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Contract Manager or in a similar role in high-end residential projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and regulations. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
