Role
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will: Oversee and manage multiple mechanical contracts from initial planning to project completion. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and expectations. Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving challenges effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor financial performance, including cost control and profitability. Mechanical Contracts Manager Key Requirements
Proven experience in managing mechanical contracts, ideally within the retail and commercial sectors. Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and installations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering). What’s on Offer?
