Responsible for the operational delivery of a mandatory and statutory compliant Estates service in the areas listed below. This list is not exhaustive: Planned Preventative Maintenance Reactive Maintenance Multiskilled basic electrical/plumbing tasks - TMV Servicing, WC repairs, Lighting Repairs, etc. Grounds and Gardens Tasks Painting & Decorating Tasks Drainage/blockages Health and Safety Regulations including: Infection Control measures Operation of technical machinery COSHH Work with tools and equipment, on a wide range of materials. Available for out of hours on-call duties Work closely with the Estates Officers in formulating an integrated annual plan that meets the business objectives and is consistent with the Trust's objectives. Qualifications
Must hold a mechanical/plumbing certificate to a minimum of C&G Level 3 or equivalent qualification Skills
Have the ability to carry out problem solving/fault finding on all aspects of mechanical/plumbing Will require good communication skills to ensure that technical detail is effectively communicated to non-technical audiences Have the ability to work autonomously, be well-organised, with high attention to detail and able to prioritise their own workload Knowledge and Experience
Hold experience of managing workloads, prioritizing them as required Have experience of using handheld CAFM technology Previous experience within healthcare environment Driving License
