Coordinate with engineering management and client representatives to ensure maintenance aligns with site regulations, policies, and health & safety standards. Reporting:
Report to the engineering supervisor on-site, supporting shift teams in executing tasks safely and efficiently within specific timeframes. Regular Maintenance:
Conduct regular maintenance on building systems and equipment, ensuring they meet and exceed service level agreements. Emergency Response:
Address Building Management System alarms promptly and handle emergency repairs as necessary. Permit Administration:
Administer the Permit to Work systems and ensure adherence to switching schedules, SOPs, and EOPs. Spare Parts Management:
Manage the availability of essential spare parts for critical equipment. Subcontractor Coordination:
Ensure engineering subcontractors uphold contractual obligations and site protocols. Team Collaboration:
Foster positive relationships with team members and client personnel. Safety Compliance:
Uphold a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all company and client policies and procedures. Professionalism:
