Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer from a building services background looking to take the lead on a range of projects from the design phase to overseeing the build process?
In this role, you will be working on a versatile range of projects in the residential, commercial, and public sectors. You will be producing detailed specifications, conducting site surveys, reporting, and reviewing on-site installations, in addition to developing a portfolio of clients.
This well-established company has been offering a personal, bespoke approach to building service consultancy for over 17 years, delivering unmatched levels of service to clients and end users.
The Role:
Producing mechanical, HVAC, and public health service designs
Validating designs through hand and computer-aided calculations
Project management and overseeing the entire campaign process
Conducting site surveys and carrying out interim inspections
Client liaison and progress meetings
The Person:
CAD/BIM platform experience
Experience in building services and mechanical design
