The role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to production, while driving creative solutions and ensuring technical excellence. Job Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of advanced automated instruments Responsibility for own projects from concept to inception, as well as development projects Conduct design reviews and suggest/implement engineering improvements Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to transition prototypes to production
Skill Required
Mechanical Engineering degree and circa 5 years' experience in Design Experience in manufacturing processes, including CNC, 3D printing, and sheet metal Hands-on problem-solving approach and proficiency in SolidWorks (preferred) Worked on simultaneous R&D design projects, working to tight deadlines
