Working within this well-established company, you will be involved in the full design process of new products and instrumental in all aspects of engineering research, design, and innovation. The business is experiencing a continued increase in business, and this is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing team. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop & maintain craft, assemblies, and systems in the form of 3D models. Develop drawings and documentation to required specifications. Work on projects from concept to completion. Liaise with Projects, Purchasing, Production & Workshop Teams to ensure smooth product development & manufacture. Read and interpret technical specifications. Design and develop high-quality and innovative products to meet the company's technical and commercial requirements. Regular interaction with clients, suppliers, and contractors. Focus on safety, reliability, quality, and functionality. Develop composite, machined, sheet metal, and welded fabrications in line with the abilities of our fabricators. Required Skills & Experience Working knowledge of Engineering Design System (3D CAD). Specific experience with 3D Autodesk Inventor; 3D experience on Solidworks is beneficial. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. AlphaCAM experience would be great, but full training is provided. Full clean valid driving licence. Additional Information Supplying into markets throughout the UK and globally.
