They are looking for an individual that can take an initial design from either early planning stage (limited info but employers requirements to work from) or early stage 2 design all the way through to construction issue. Responsibilities:
Comprehensive and detailed HVAC calculations Run thermal models and heat loads calculations Detailed equipment selections Create detailed CAD / working drawings
