Specialisation: Expertise in specialized engineering areas, with a track record of effectively applying this knowledge in practical settings. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering functions and act as a custodian of expertise, with experience influencing and guiding engineering teams. Project Management: Skilled in delivering engineering work packages successfully, with a strategic approach to guiding and managing a portfolio of projects and programs.
