Mechanical Design Engineer
Working for a successful and expanding market leader, we wish to appoint a Mechanical Design Engineer who will provide accurate design solutions by using CAD to support members of the design and production teams. It is important that you have experience designing for innovative markets and that you can take responsibility for people and projects so that deadlines are met. You should be able to speak confidently with customers, manage a project, and understand manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
Mechanical Design Engineer - Role and Responsibilities Design of individual components and complete mechanical systems Build and manage complex 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings Creating design layouts and schematics for design solutions Accountability for cradle to grave ownership of a product or design
Mechanical Design Engineer - Skills and Abilities A minimum of 5 years experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer A relevant qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline Happy being the lead contact for a customer on projects
