Our client is a world leading manufacturer of bespoke equipment that is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.
This role will suit a highly motivated engineer that is keen to develop their career and work within a close-knit team of design engineers. You will be given a clear training and progression plan.
The Role
Responsible for bespoke equipment design from Cradle-to-Grave
3D mechanical design of bespoke engineering machinery
Contribute within design reviews and support other engineers in the team
Designing from initial concept through to manufacture creating solid models, manufacturing drawings and BOM’s
The Candidate
3D CAD experience, ideally with Solidworks or Inventor
Engineering qualifications - minimum HND
Ideally 1-5 years design experience but fresh graduates considered
Happy to work in a site-based position
Knowledge of pneumatics is highly beneficial
