4 days on site per week Hourly Rates: Local (within 40 miles of location) - £29.19 per hour, rising to £31.28 after 24 months. Non-Local (over 40 miles of location) - £39.74 per hour, rising to £41.83 after 24 months. Overview: As a Senior Designer - Mechanical, you’ll have experience using the CAD toolset to produce 3D models of mechanical routed systems (pipe and or HVAC) and mechanical equipment integration, e.g. pumps and valves. Additionally, mature and develop 2D mechanical schematics and system diagrams. An understanding of CAD toolsets and techniques like Foran, CADDS5, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Tribon, and Siemens NX for both 2D and 3D outputs (drawings and models). Other transferable CAD skills and knowledge are welcomed. The ideal candidate will also have experience and familiarity with PLM toolsets such as Teamcenter, Database Manager, and Windchill.
