Salary: £35,131 or £40,401 per annum, depending on experience
Door to door pay
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

About the Job:
You’ll be out and about on the road travelling to sites for planned maintenance (PPM) such as water hygiene checks and emergency lighting monthly flash testing. As well as PPM, reactive M&E is a key aspect of the role, this could include general plumbing, basic electrical tasks through to fault-finding on BMS and HVAC systems, amongst others.
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
C&G 2382/BS 7671: 18th edition
NVQ or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical trade
Full Valid UK driver’s license
FM or Maintenance experience
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Willingness to learn and develop
Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
Confident when using phone, tablet in daily tasks
Flexible working
Desirable:
F-Gas qualification
Working knowledge of HVAC
CSCS/ECS site safety card
IOSH working safely qualification or equivalent
Heating systems knowledge and experience
C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and testing
PLC and controls knowledge
HWSS/Unvented hot water systems
L8 (Legionella awareness)
Emergency lighting knowledge and experience (BS 5266)
Water regulation training
Access equipment training (i.e. IPAF, ladders, PASMA)
Basic generator knowledge
Basic drainage experience

Other Information:
The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The role will also involve working 1 in 4 weeks on call
