Central London Based in Essex, my client is a progressive, multi-disciplined company. Formed in 2013, they aim to be at the forefront of innovative technologies providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Maintenance Services to the construction industry & private clients. Focusing on quality, efficiency, dependability, and value ensures they maintain their competitive edge within the marketplace. The initial success of their company is a result of understanding their Client's service delivery needs and expectations by always working in close partnership. Our staff have over 35 years' experience and are here to provide unique design, installation, and maintenance packages to commercial, retail, public, private, and sports sectors. Due to an increase in projects, they currently have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced project supervisor, reporting directly to their operations manager, for projects in central London. Duties:
Putting labour to works against project scopes and drawings Arranging materials Checking progress against programme Liaising with clients' site managers Checking quality and compliance Essential Requirements:
Fully qualified with trade apprenticeship, Mechanical or Electrical, with a working knowledge of either trade Computer Literate Able to work to the highest possible standards Excellent communication skills Experience working on residential projects CSCS card holder Preferably at least 5 years working experience Points of Appeal:
