Mechanical Building Services Engineer - Brand new SMART Building
GBP45,000 Basic Salary + 25 Days Holiday + Overtime + Career Progression + Pension
A globally recognised FM organisation has secured the contract for a brand new commercial office building based in the Reading area and is on the lookout for a Mechanically biased building services engineer to join the team. Being a brand new building, expect state-of-the-art equipment and a super sustainable building with SMART technology.
The role will involve working within a 2-man team overseeing the planned and reactive maintenance of a large commercial office complex, working on a rotating Monday to Friday basis on a 7am - 4pm and 9am - 6pm schedule, overseeing a range of equipment including:
AHUs FCUs Pumps Chilled water systems Plumbing BMS systems Water treatment (legionella) Air source heat pumps General building services equipment
Ideally, candidates should hold a relevant Mechanical/Plumbing qualification and have at least 3 years of experience working within the building services sector.
