Mechanical Engineer focuses on install and assemble piping systems for cooling infrastructure projects.

What the role involves

Install and assemble piping systems for cooling infrastructure projects.
Install structural supports for mechanical pipework systems.
Supporting the installation and commissioning of cooling equipment including CDUs and heat exchange systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and installation specifications.
Supporting commissioning and handover processes across mechanical systems.
Coordinating with electrical, controls, and project delivery teams on-site.

Skills and requirements

Experience within mechanical installation, pipefitting, or cooling system construction.
Strong understanding of mechanical piping systems and installation methodologies.
Experience with testing, flushing, and commissioning support activities.
Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects preferred.
