Whether at the bottom of the ocean or in outer space, our clients trust us to deliver the impossible on a daily basis.We have several opportunities for Mechanical Engineers to support a large infrastructure programme based in the West of Scotland.This is a key role working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team supporting nuclear facilities and the delivery of services across Client sites.What We NeedExperienced Mechanical Engineers with knowledge of some of the following:Marine Diesel Engines and associated systemsRotating Equipment (Compressors etc.)Mechanical Handling Systems including Hoist, Crane and Lift SystemsYou will have proven experience of producing robust technical justification to allow for relevant mechanical design modifications to be authorised within a high hazard industry.You will be able to apply appropriate theoretical and practical methods to design, develop, manufacture, construct, commission, operate, maintain, decommission and re-cycle engineering processes, systems, services and products in a nuclear or high-risk environmentSecurity RequirementsYou must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.LocationThis position is hybrid with the opportunity to be onsite (Helensburgh) or at home.There is an opportunity for this role to be conducted fully remotely with occasional site visits.Join Our Talent Community!Better, Stronger, TogetherOur employees are the heart of everything we do.
