November 22, 2024 As a Mechanical Engineer you will have the chance to work with a leading MEP sub-contractor, we are currently recruiting for three different sites - a commercial fit-out project in Liverpool Street, a retail fit-out project in Mayfair & a commercial fit-out project in London Bridge. You will be accountable for the delivery of the system building services engineering, whilst liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants. Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineer Delivering the project, working within a team, closely collaborating with colleagues. Analysing and managing the completion of the M&E design. Liaising with project sub-contractors, sub-subcontractors and suppliers. Working closely with key project stakeholders such as the client, design and construction teams. Requirements for Mechanical Engineer Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, including installation techniques, best practice, engineering processes etc. A basic knowledge of commercial management to allow commercial control of a package.
