London About the Role Red Sky Personnel is recruiting on behalf of the largest MEP consulting engineer in the UK. We are looking for experienced and driven Senior, Principal, or Associate Mechanical Engineers with a strong background in Data Centre and Mission Critical projects. Based in London, you'll join a collaborative team delivering innovative solutions across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Outstanding candidates from other regions may also be considered, provided there is a local office presence. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects in a supportive and flexible environment. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical designs for Data Centre and Mission-Critical projects, ensuring high-quality technical delivery. Act as the primary client contact, clearly communicating project requirements and updates. Develop strategic project concepts that align with regulatory standards and client briefs. Manage project teams, ensuring collaboration across disciplines and timely delivery. Support the professional growth of team members, mentoring apprentices and graduates. Monitor fee expenditure and allocate resources effectively. Ensure compliance with quality management systems and risk control procedures. About You To excel in this role, you'll need: Relevant Mechanical Engineering experience and qualifications. Membership in an industry-recognised body (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE, ASHRAE). Proven expertise in Data Centre and Mission Critical project delivery. Strong technical knowledge of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design processes. Demonstrable leadership skills in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. Why Join?
