AHU/FCU maintenance, plant room checks, sprinkler testing, minor plumbing, pumps/motor maintenance and repairs. Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, and general maintenance duties as required. Managing log books and permits, issuing RAMS, and supporting subcontractors. Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in the commercial environment, in a multiskilled maintenance role. Can do attitude, willing to be flexible. FGAS or/and Mechanical/Plumbing trade qualification. What You'll Get in Return:
