Primarily working in London with some work across home counties expected to cover sickness/holidays.
Looking after the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial gas heating and hot water systems (plant rooms mainly).
Qualifications and Experience: Must have NVQ Mechanical Qualification. Mechanical maintenance experience within Building Services. At least 10 years post qualification experience.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1630 hours (0.5 hour lunch break).
Benefits: SSP and SHP (Bank Holidays included, totaling 28 days). Van, uniform, fuel card, tablet, phone, and specialist tools provided (Engineer to provide own hand tools). Full Induction Training (Including IT provided). Private use of van allowed.
