About The Role

We are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team based at our Quartz facility in Scunthorpe. The role will be Monday to Friday, rotating between 06:00-14:30 and 14:00-22:30. Main Responsibilities:

Attending breakdowns, fault finding and rectification of faults Maintaining records on MMS systems of breakdowns / PPM's / inspections Carry out daily plant inspections on LEV / dust transfer / compressors Weekly checks on Sprinkler systems / spark detection Monthly checks on various equipment to ensure compliance Carry out PPM inspections and remedial works on production machinery Carry out project work as required Assist with all other site service requirements as they arise About You
