four years , providing a comprehensive learning experience to kickstart your engineering career. As an apprentice, you will: Receive

on-the-job training

and mentorship from a dedicated, skilled Apprentice Trainer. Train in a

designated Apprentice Training area , equipped for hands-on learning. Work towards achieving a

National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 . Study part-time at college to earn a

recognised mechanical engineering qualification . Develop

key skills

that are directly linked to your qualification and future career with us. Earn a competitive salary, with an

increasing pay scale

based on performance and progression.

As part of the selection process, candidates will be expected to discuss and show evidence of a relevant project they have completed. Shortlisted candidates will need to be available to sit tests at the company’s premises, either in Tonyrefail or Bridgwater in 2025.
