Mechanical Engineering Manager

to lead our engineering team in the EU region. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and enhancement of our air-cooled chiller systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. What We Offer:

Lead product development for air-cooled chillers, ensuring compliance with EU regulatory standards and using your expertise in refrigeration systems and mechanical assembly design. Work closely with application engineering teams and customers to develop customized chiller solutions. Participate in design reviews and validation testing. Identify opportunities for product and process improvements, leveraging field feedback and performance data to enhance existing chiller systems. Provide support to field service teams in resolving issues related to installed chillers. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production efficiency and high-quality assembly of air-cooled chillers. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, quality assurance, and service, to align project goals and meet customer expectations. Oversee testing procedures for new and existing products, ensuring they meet performance specifications and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, engineering processes, and field issue resolutions. Prepare reports for management and clients. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with hands-on expertise in air-cooled chillers or HVAC systems Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and HVAC design principles Experience supporting manufacturing processes and using CAD software (Pro-E, Creo) and MRP systems (SAP) Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders across global teams Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Why Work with Us:
