Mechanical Estates Operations Manager

A large educational campus in Coventry requires a mechanically biased Estates Operations Manager to ensure the provision of Estates services, including planned maintenance work, reactive work, and productivity of the department are maintained.
You will be conversant in mechanical plant and services including AHUs, heating and ventilation, air conditioning, legionella, boilers and pressure systems, steam raising plant, and medium and high pressure hot water systems.
From a strong Facilities Engineering Services background, you will have previous work history in a similar environment.
Technically qualified to a minimum of ONC or equivalent standard (Mechanical) plus a solid background in engineering and building services maintenance operations. Good understanding of computer systems and their operation.
