Mechanical Estimator – Building ServicesDue to retirement, my client is looking to bring on a Mechanical Estimator to join their 20 year old M&E business. You will work along-side an electrical estimator to complete tenders for the business as a key component to the on-going success of the companyRequirements:This is suitable for both existing estimators or candidates with experience of estimating who are looking to pursue the estimating profession full time. I.e a mechanical engineer, project manager, project engineer or similar who estimates as part of their rolePackage:Salary £50, to £70, depending on the level of experienceCar or allowance of circa £6,Hybrid workingPrivate healthcare8% pensionRole:Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to produce competitive bids.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of estimatesApply for a confidential discussion – we have many other positions within the M&E and HVAC building services industry that are not advertised that you may be suitable forWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
