Mechanical Estimator
with good residential experience to join their team. THE JOB – Mechanical Estimator
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday / 07:30 – 16:30 Duties:
Analyse project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating. Research and source materials, equipment, and labour costs. Create detailed cost breakdowns and estimates for labour, materials, and other project expenses. Review and compare supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness and quality. Prepare comprehensive proposals and bid packages for submission to clients. Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation. SALARY & PACKAGE
