North Hampshire Our client, an HVAC contractor based in Hampshire, is seeking to employ an office-based Mechanical Services Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on mechanical services installations, including air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems. Responsibilities: Work on project values ranging from £50k to £1.5m. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Compile take-offs and estimates from consultants' drawings and specifications. Manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines. Support the existing team and contribute technical expertise. Requirements: You must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Our client will consider a Junior or Intermediate Estimator for the role (salary dependent on experience).
