will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings to build various types of machinery. The successful
Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical Service Engineer
will be commutable to Andover and ideally have experience with mechanical fault-finding & electro-mechanical systems. Package: Up to 50,000 24 days holiday + Bank holidays Pension Life insurance Monday to Friday The Role: The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings to build various types of machinery. The Mechanical Fitter will work independently and as part of the team to meet project delivery dates. The Mechanical Fitter will occasionally need to use different machinery such as lathes and mills. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for reporting any issues during assembly to the Engineering manager. Requirements: Prior experience as a Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Service Engineer or similar position Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings Self-motivated with a strong initiative Commutable to Andover
