Mechanical Fitter The Company A leading engineering company specialising in the manufacture of special purpose machinery and automation systems. The Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Fitter based in Essex. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for tasks related to mechanical assembly; applicants must be conversant with manual machining. Responsibilities: Manual Machining Mechanical assembly and fitting Undertaking maintenance Commissioning machinery Assisting with breakdowns The Candidate To apply for this role, you must have the following: Time served tool maker would be an advantage Ability to read CAD drawings Strong mechanical fitting and assembly experience Knowledge of automated machine systems is a plus Strong knowledge of maintenance practices Reward The company will offer the successful candidate a competitive salary.
