Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Fitter on a permanent basis, to be located in South West Scotland.
Our client is looking for a mechanical fitter to join their existing department, reporting to the engineering supervisor.
Candidates must be willing to work to an alternating shift / rota system consisting of 4 on / 4 off, day shift & night shift.
Duties & Responsibilities
H&S is adhered to To undertake PPM on basic mechanical systems To cover all maintenance of mechanical systems To complete PPM in line with agreements To undertake installation works such as improvements to the mill To respond to break down requests, providing a professional & timely service To support the other members of the maintenance team between departments
