Take the next step in your career and help shape the future of an industry-leading company. Your Role As A Mechanical Fitter Will Include:

Working on a range of plant machinery, including fixed plants, to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Maintaining and repairing crushers, shredders, conveyors, and rollers to minimise downtime and enhance performance. Operating and loading machinery such as shivers and backactors as part of day-to-day tasks. Providing hands-on mechanical support across various equipment to maintain high operational standards. Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. The Successful Mechanical Fitter Will Have:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter with a strong mechanical bias. Hands-on experience working with screeners, crushers, and other plant machinery. A background in agriculture or similar fields, with familiarity in operating heavy equipment. Skilled in maintaining and repairing a variety of machinery, including loaders, backactors, and JCBs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and effectively. Commutable to Scunthorpe.
