Based in Wakefield, we are one of Europe’s largest original equipment manufacturers in our field, with the ability to design, develop, and manufacture bespoke machinery and complete turnkey solutions. Due to continued growth, we now require an experienced Manual Fitter to join our manufacturing department to satisfy our commitment to our customers and to further strengthen our team. You will be responsible to the Manufacturing Manager for carrying out the efficient operation of processes and instructions. Full time based at Calder Vale Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire with the requirement for regular travel. 37 hours a week 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday 8 am to 1 pm, Friday Qualifications:

Apprentice-trained Mechanical Engineer or qualification in an engineering discipline. (E) Skills and Knowledge:

Understanding of engineering drawings and correct tooling to be used. (E) Working knowledge of machine safety. (E) Knowledge of working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. (D) Bench fitting/detail fitting skills. (D) Experience:

Experience working within an engineering environment. (E) Experience with lift equipment such as cranes, slinging, and lifting. (E)
