Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be required to: Follow a Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme. Fault finding and emergency repairs to resume production as soon as possible. Participate in the installation of new equipment. Reconditioning, adaption, welding and fabrication of new and existing machinery. Follow company Health and Safety procedures. Job Requirements:
Candidates will be expected to possess: A broad range of mechanical engineering skills. Preferably some experience in fabrication and welding. Good level of communication skills, with the ability to understand and share verbal instruction in English. Able to work as part of a team, and take instruction from line managers and supervisors. Possess good literacy and numeracy skills. Show full co-operation and awareness of company Health & Safety policies and procedures. Be a pro-active individual, with a positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude, and be very much a ‘team player’. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
