Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Ellesmere Port Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Shift: Monday to Friday - Double Days A brand new role is now available for a mechanically biased maintenance engineer to join a large industrial manufacturing business at their plant on the Wirral. The Maintenance Engineer role is pivotal in ensuring that all plant, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled individual to maximise output across all site processes while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Skills Required for Maintenance Engineer: Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or processing environment. Strong understanding of plant and equipment maintenance, including fault finding and defect management. Mechanical Engineering Qualification Experience in carrying out site checks and servicing to ensure operational efficiency. Competence in starting up and shutting down production systems, along with monitoring performance.
