Mobile Are you an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer within the facilities sector? Our client is an established National FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team working on commercial sites. This is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training. This is a mobile position working day shift from 8am to 4:30pm. Benefits include: Competitive salary up to GBP41,000pa 25 Annual Leave + Bank Holidays On-call & OT available Training & Progression Company benefits and discounts Pension Main Duties will include: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports. Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork. Be on a call-out rota to provide the client with full out-of-hours cover. Oversee visiting sub-contractors regarding the standard of work and Health and Safety. Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures. Daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks including UPS system and associated control systems, plumbing and drainage systems, boiler room checks, cooling towers, fan coil units/AHUs/fans, heating pumps. The Ideal candidate will have: City & Guilds / NVQ Mechanically Qualified (or equivalent) Experience in a commercial environment & good building services knowledge Good understanding of commercial HVAC systems Apply today for an immediate interview!
