The Role
As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following: Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building services equipment. Plant room maintenance and checks. General maintenance duties as and when required - flushing, filter changes, temp checks, generator checks. Plumbing and fabric duties as and when required. General building maintenance. A static site based in Hinxton working Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00). What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role: You will hold relevant mechanical qualifications - NVQ Level 2 / 3 - Plumbing / Plumbing & Heating. Ability to pass an enhanced DBS. Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. Strong communication skills. Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
